I was speaking with a woman who is going through issues with her mother relative to being the power of attorney, but mom not having a will. It’s likely she will need to move toward guardianship or conservatorship. I then asked her if she had taken care of her own power of attorney and she said no. Why is it that we wait? Fear? Procrastination? Do we think we are never going to die?
