You want to take a vacation just to get away but you’re feeling a bit alone and don’t really have anyone to accompany you.  Sometimes a quick get away can be as simple as a day in the mountains, a day at a spa or spending all day at a favorite bookstore.  But you want more.  Because of the mobility of society today many people might be in a similar situation.  You’ve heard about cruises, guided tours, etc. but just aren’t sure.  What have other readers in this situation done for quick or extended get-a-ways?
