Workplace ethics means knowing the difference between doing right and wrong. If you work in a caring profession the lines can get blurred.

Maintaining your character and ethics may be difficult in work or client situations that may be considered tempting. A true test of character is what you do when no one is watching.

Many of the companies we work for have guidelines for ethical conduct and conflicts of interest. Make sure you are aware of these standards so you know what to do when clients tempt you to cross professional boundaries.
