Have a friend or family member who bears the majority of responsibility of care?  Do something nice for them not only during the holidays but every month of the year.  Give them the gift of time by giving your time to care for their friend or family member and sending them to the movies or out of the house.  Or better yet, take their friend or family member out if possible and give them a break in their own home.  Caregiving is a full time job, much like raising children and some caregivers can never leave home unless they have someone to care for their loved one.
