“Our life is what our thoughts make it” is a quote by Dale Carnegie from the book How to Stop Worrying and Start Living (http://www.westegg.com/unmaintained/carnegie/stop-worry.html). I know so many people whose thoughts of worry consume their lives. I just completed a client project where one spouse was absolutely convinced that nothing would succeed. The individual believed that everything that could go wrong would go wrong. Fortunately it didn’t. But the energy expended by this person in worrying and being negative about every aspect of life was exhausting. In this book Dale Carnegie demonstrates how to break the worry habit and to begin living a more positive life.
