Pamela D. Wilson, Caregiving Speaker
Pamela D. Wilson is Owner of The Care Navigator, founder of The Caring Generation© a website of support for caregivers, and author of The Caregiving Trap: Solutions for Life’s Unexpected Changes. She produced and hosted The Caring Generation radio program from 2009 to 2011. Pamela is a caregiving speaker on a wide variety of topics. Her down to earth and humorous approach makes audiences immediately comfortable with the very uncomfortable topic of caregiving.
She has been featured in media outlets including U.S. News and World Report, Fox News, Doctor Radio, Life & Health Advisor, My Social Good News, Provider Nation, Radio MD, Third Age, Wholistic Woman, WRNJ Radio, Rewire Me, Intrepid Radio, Late Night Parents and others. She is a frequent caregiving speaker at national caregiving and aging conferences, consumer, and professional events.
Pamela’s personal experience with the loss of both parents, a brother, and a sister by the time Pamela turned 40 years old lends to the compassion and understanding she shares with audiences. As a caregiving speaker, Pamela’s life experience, rather than being viewed as heartbreaking, supports the sharing of many common caregiving experiences.
Because of her professional experience as a court appointed guardian and power of attorney, she is able to relate to the daily and challenges of caregivers for the aging population including professionals working in healthcare, legal, and financial areas. The video on this page features Pamela as a caregiving speaker for the Denver Bar Association Elderlaw Retreat.

Caregiving Speaker Testimonials:
Pamela – I just wanted to tell you that I loved your talk yesterday at the Association of Professional Women. Very inspiring. Kristin Sullivan, Certified Financial Planner
It has been a pleasure working with Pamela. She is very easy to work with and professional and well organized. This is all secondary though to her fantastic skills and knowledge of caregiving skills. During the presentation, she was very engaging and caring and took extra time and care to address each of the attendee’s concerns and needs. The BUMC Mental Health Team
